Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner;
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries;
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars;
- Prepare, organize, and file documents as needed;
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries;
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and supply levels;
- Provide administrative support to staff and management.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent;
- At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience;
- Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal);
- Competence with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, scheduling);
